I'm certainly not that familiar with this topic, but from what I see, especially from the article on English Wikipedia and on German Wikipedia, "pansexuality is sometimes called omnisexuality". I understand your confusion, and thanks for contacting me instead of simply deleting my correction ^^ Indeed, they both mean being attracted by all genders and that's why their etymologies are similar. However, pansexuality implies a « gender blindness », meaning that a pansexual person will not pay attention to gender. While omnisexual persons do ! I think you may have a better understanding with this picture ^^ (there is the same on the omnisexuality article, but it's in french actually xD)

Thanks for explaining me. Sorry for not seeing this before, but the difference between "omnisexuality" and "pansexuality" was added to the article "Toàn tính luyến ái" by an another user a few months ago. I'll ask him or her if we can create another article about "omnisexuality" out of this one. It could be a little bit difficult since we don't have a specific term for "omnisexuality" in our language yet, apart from the universal word "Toàn tính luyến ái" for both terms. If we could find a solution, I will try to translate the article from the French Wikipedia. It might take a while cuz I didn't speak or use much French after I left high school a few years ago =)).
