Sân bay Luang Namtha (IATA: LXG, ICAO: VLLN) là một sân bay ở Lào, cách thành phố Luang Namtha 6 km về phía nam. Sân bay đã bị đóng cửa từ năm 2006 đến năm 2008 để cải tạo mở rộng các đường băng từ 1.200 đến 1.600 mét, cho phép các máy bay lớn hơn như ATR 72 sử dụng sân bay và xây dựng một nhà ga hành khách 700 m² mới.[1][2]

In addition, the runway is in poor condition, full of patches, encroached with vegetation and lacks a drainage system. Thus, it is considered unsafe especially during the rainy season. At present, the airport is unable to receive ATR72 (70 seats) and only receives Chinese built YN7 (50 seat) and YN12 (12 seats). This subproject aims to improve and extend the runway, construct a drainage system, passenger terminal and small control tower, and provide emergency and fire service equipment and air navigation services.
